Composition

Active substance:

dexpanthenol; 1 g of the product contains 50 mg of dexpanthenol;

Excipients: Euxyl® PE 9010 containing 90% phenoxyethanol and 10% ethylhexylglycerin (calculated as phenoxyethanol), DL-pantolactone, ceteostearyl alcohol, cetyl phosphate potassium, isopropyl myristate, propylene glycol, lanolin, purified water.

Form

Topical cream.

Main properties

Cream from white to almost white in color, homogeneous consistency, with a mild odor.

Botanical group

Agents promoting wound recovery (scarring).

Indications

The product is used in the following cases: for avoidance care of dry, reddened skin or skin with cracks; to accelerate recovery and epithelialization of the skin in minor injuries (small burns and scratches); for skin irritations (e.g., due to radiosupport, photosupport, or ultraviolet exposure); for diaper dermatitis; for chronic skin ulcers and pressure sores; for anal fissures; for cervical erosions and after skin grafting; for care of patients’ skin during and after local corticosteroid use; for avoidance care of breasts in breastfeeding women, as well as for supporting nipple irritations and cracks.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to dexpanthenol or other components of the product.
